小核RNA

小核RNA，也见译为核内小RNA（常见缩写为snRNA，是英文small nuclear RNA的简写)是含有100到300碱基的RNA。

它参与真核生物细胞核中RNA的加工。snRNA和许多蛋白质结合在一起成为小核核糖核蛋白（snRNP即small nuclear ribonucleoproteins），参与信使RNA前体(pre-mRNA)的剪接，使后者成为成熟mRNA。
