一个常数是指一个数值不变的常量，与之相反的是变量。

有许多研究表明，一些常数并不是恒定不变的，因此国际上也称呼为“不常的常数”（inconstant constant）[1]和“不那么恒定的常数”(not-so-constant constant)[2]。
