Intel 4004
4004是美国英特尔公司 (Intel) 第一款推出的微处理器，也是全球第一款微处理器。它于1971年11月15日发布。
4004处理器的尺寸为3mm×4mm，外层有16只针脚，内里有2,300个晶体管，采用五层设计，它采用10微米制程。
4004的最高时脉有740KHz，能执行4位元运算，支援8位元指令集及12位元位址集。当时脉是108KHz时，它可以每秒运算6万次，成本低于100美元。4004处理器的性能与全世界首台电子计算机ENIAC相若。ENIAC是在1946年推出，机器体积庞大，需占用一个房间。ENIAC拥有18000个真空管。
该款处理器原先是为一家名为 Busicom 的日本公司而设计，用来生产电算机。
